A website is hard to get down on paper! Dry technical documentation about websites is a real turn-off. Wherever possible we use a visual approach to conceptualising and defining your website. We create documentation in the form of a detailed functional specification. This includes the information architecture (sitemaps, wireframes, navigation), designs and any technical considerations. This is the central documentation that drives the project.

In terms of project management our approach is simple. We adhere to basic rules of project management managing the time, scope and quality of a project. We will always be upfront about what’s possible and what’s not. We are practical and pragmatic and will always seek to achieve your aims in the best possible way, albeit through phasing releases, finding alternatives or keeping to a fixed budget. We understand there will be change throughout the lifecycle of the project and we are willing and able to cope with change.
